About the Recipe

This is one of our favorite dishes and is on our dinner rotation at least once every couple weeks. It's easy, cheesy, and delicious! Everyone in the family loves this recipe and it's so simple to make. If you have any questions or recipe alterations please let me know!

You could easily use a rotisserie chicken instead of cooking your chicken.


  • 4-5 chicken breasts

  • 2- 10.5 oz cream of chicken

  • 2- 10.5 oz cream of mushroom

  • 1 party size bag of Doritos

  • 1 can of rotel

  • 16 oz velveeta cheese

  • 16 oz fiesta blend cheese

  • 1- 15 oz jar of cheeze whiz

  • 1 packet of taco seasoning

  • 1 jar of taco seasoning


Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2

Boil your chicken breasts in salt and pepper seasoned water and shred.

Step 3

Cut your velveeta into bite-sized cubes.

Step 4

Crush your entire bag of Doritos.

Step 5

Mix all ingredients (only 1/2 the bag of crushed doritos) in a large bowl.

Step 6

Pour the mixture in a 9 x 13 baking dish, smooth it out in your dish then top with the rest of the shredded cheese and Doritos.

Step 7

Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Enjoy!
